ODP Services

The Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) is the entity within the Department of Human Services (DHS) responsible for the oversight of Intellectual Developmental Disability (IDD) services in Pennsylvania.

What is a DSP?

A DSP or Direct Support Professional assists individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities. DSP’s are able to assist with tasks and goals outlined in a client’s Individualized Support Plan.
